One of the core reasons behind our continued success is our following and understanding of our unique search process, we call ‘our system’. All our consultants are trained to the same standard and it is checked every month to ensure we are still using the best search methodology. It has been designed by our management team who have over ten years in successful executive search assignments.

Overview Process


Primary Process

We start with a blank sheet of paper, and only when we have established your specific requirements, will we start the process of identifying the key candidates. We use our contacts, research team and you. Once we have identified all the companies and people we move to the next phase.

Secondary Process

Keeping it brief we approach, discuss, sell your opportunity. We screen, long list, short list and pre interview all the candidates we believe ‘fit’ your needs.

So confident are we in our methodology, that we provide complete transparency for clients as we share our process information in real time. We seek to talk to the best, rather than waiting for the best to find us, and we are geared always toward delivery. (Please click here for a demonstration).

We manage the whole process with a strong project management emphasis. Throughout the process, you, the client, will know exactly where the process stands and you can expect weekly updates on progress at the very least.

Interview Process

Once a short list has been agreed with you we then manage the interview process that who have decided to use. We brief the candidates and most importantly de-brief – all this information is key to being successful.
We commit to project timescales at the outset of an assignment. We define at the start of the process, when first interviews will take place and we project manage the process completely towards that goal.

Final Process

Our process never finishes even after the successful conclusion of an assignment. We are in regular contact with both client and new employee to ensure that the transition between businesses has been as smooth as possible. We feed all thsi information with you always.
