Securitas UK has once again met the rigorous standards set by the Top Employers Institute, making the organisation a Top Employer in 2023. As in previous years, Securitas UK boasts it is the only company within its industry field to achieve this accreditation.

This accreditation also demonstrates to our existing and future employees that we are serious about developing and delivering a rewarding career pathway for security professionals.”
The Top Employers Institute programme survey covers six key aspects of HR. The array of topics examined includes People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion. This year Securitas made considerable gains in its scores for Diversity & Inclusion, a reflection of the fact that in 2021 the company launched four diversity and inclusiveness networks for Disability, Women, Race and LGBTQ+ respectively. Each network creates a safe place for its members to share experiences and get support and provides valuable insight and information to the wider company.
