I first met Alexander in 2003, when he joined MRI. I had seen many a new starter from outside of recruitment join MRI and struggle, but I knew at once that he would succeed – he duly did just that.
I now belong to a Peer Group with Alexander. I admire him for his unwavering confidence and energy. He is eternally optimistic and sees an opportunity and a solution where others see only obstacles. He has a passion for his work and good technical and market knowledge. But above all it is that drive, determination, dedication and commitment to the pursuit of excellence that makes him stand apart as a person and as a recruiter.
